Corserv Non-Executive Director Appointment

Introduction

My name is Jan Ward, Chair of the Corserv Board, and I am pleased to introduce an exciting opportunity to join our Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Through our diverse portfolio of services – spanning infrastructure, engineering, environmental services, construction, facilities and property management, social care, recruitment services and Cornwall Airport Newquay, our work supports communities, strengthens local economies and helps deliver services that matter.

We are now seeking a Non-Executive Director with aviation experience to bring strategic insight, constructive challenge and sector expertise to our Board. This is an important appointment for Corserv, particularly as Cornwall Airport Newquay continues to play a vital role in regional connectivity, economic growth and the long-term opportunities for Cornwall.

We are looking for someone who can help us look ahead with confidence. Someone who understands the opportunities and challenges facing the aviation sector and can support Corserv to navigate a future shaped by both local priorities and wider national and global trends.

Alongside technical and sector knowledge, we are seeking a collaborative and values-led leader who brings passion, vision, integrity and authenticity to the role.

Someone who can support, challenge and inspire us as we continue to serve our communities, support our shareholder’s priorities and create lasting value for Cornwall.
