Are you ready to step up and lead in the world of civil engineering and construction? We’re seeking a talented Chargehand/Supervisor to oversee our diverse range of civils projects throughout Cornwall.

We have positions in the East and West of the County.

What you will be doing…

• Manage and supervise teams and sub-contractors on specialist civil engineering projects
• Undertake complex manual tasks with technical expertise in structural concreting, masonry, bridge structures, or machine paver operations

What You’ll Need:

About You:

• Extensive technical and practical skills in civil engineering.
• Proven experience in supervising and operating hand tools, plant, and machinery
• Strong understanding of contract documents and specifications.
• Numerate, literate, with basic IT skills.
• Full driving licence, CITB Health & Safety qualification, and CSCS Registration
