Are you an experienced commercial vehicle parts professional looking for your next opportunity with a well-established and growing operation?

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join a busy team in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the commercial vehicle industry, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service to both customers and colleagues.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in keeping the workshop running smoothly, working closely with experienced Technicians to ensure they have the right parts and sundries when they need them.

You’ll also support retail customers with their parts requirements, providing knowledgeable advice and a first-class service both face-to-face and over the telephone.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ordering parts and sundries for workshop requirements and retail customers
• Monitoring orders and following up on deliveries
• Liaising closely with Technicians to ensure repairs can be completed efficiently
• Providing customers with updates on parts and orders
• Identifying and resolving parts-related issues
• Maintaining excellent communication with both internal teams and customers
• Working across a range of leading commercial vehicle brands
• Supporting the wider team with a variety of parts-related tasks

The role offers plenty of variety, with exposure to MAN Truck & Bus, Isuzu Trucks and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, alongside ongoing manufacturer training to help you develop your knowledge and progress your career.

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from candidates who have previous experience within the commercial vehicle parts industry and a genuine interest in trucks and commercial vehicles.

You’ll be someone who is:

• Experienced in commercial vehicle parts, with relevant qualifications or proven technical experience
• A confident communicator who builds strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• A natural problem solver who actively looks for solutions
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• A genuine team player who enjoys working collaboratively
• Flexible and willing to get involved in a variety of tasks
• Committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety

Salary & Working Hours

£29,410 – £30,000 basic salary + £3,000 annual bonus
OTE up to £33,000 per annum

44 hours per week, averaged over 52 weeks, including a Saturday rota.

Monday to Friday shifts will rotate between:

• 7:00am – 4:00pm
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• 9:00am – 6:00pm

30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:00am – 12:00 noon.
