What You’ll Be Doing

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your own specialist area, building strong partnerships with schools and candidates across Bristol and the surrounding area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing long-term relationships with schools and education professionals
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality SEND teaching and support staff
• Winning new business and expanding existing client partnerships
• Providing tailored recruitment solutions to schools
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial enquiry to placement
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates
• Attending networking events, school visits and education-related functions
• Advising clients and candidates on market trends, salaries and career opportunities
• Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and recruitment regulations
• Using CRM systems to manage recruitment activity and performance

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, account management or another target-driven role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and resilient approach
• Strong business development ability
• Great organisation and time management skills
• Confidence working towards KPIs and targets
• A genuine interest in education and helping others succeed

Knowledge of the UK education sector or SEND is advantageous but not essential.
