We’re seeking dependable individuals to join our highways team, working on essential road maintenance projects across Cornwall. No prior experience? No problem—training is provided for those eager to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating with a team to maintain road networks
• Roadside landscaping and vegetation clearance
• Operating tools like shovels, strimmers and blowers (tickets for plant operation are a plus!)
• Engaging with health and safety practices to keep everyone safe

What We’re Looking For

• A reliable, punctual individual ready to show up every day
• A valid driving license (essential)
• CSCS card is desirable but not essential
• Experience in highways or similar outdoor roles is advantageous
