Are you a reliable, hardworking individual who enjoys working outdoors?

We are looking for candidates to work on highways projects throughout Cornwall. Reliability and willingness to learn are just as important as experience, as training will be provided.

These roles are physically demanding and require working outside in all weather conditions, therefore you must be prepared for this.

Responsibilities

Work in a team of Highways Maintenance, Patching and Surfacing gangs to carry out a variety of duties:

• Maintaining road networks
• Roadside landscaping
• Operation of plant and equipment (must hold relevant ticket)
• Groundworks
• Health and Safety engagement

Skills/Qualifications Required

• CSCS desirable
• Driving licence essential
• Previous experience of working in a similar role on highways projects would be advantageous

Hourly rate to be confirmed depending on experience
