£13.45 per hour plus (TBC, depending on experience)

We’re currently recruiting hard-working, reliable operatives to join our Highways & Environment Team, based at our Launceston depot in Tolpetherwin. This is a hands-on, outdoor role suited to people who enjoy varied work and being part of a close-knit team.

The Role:

Carry out a range of highways maintenance and environmental works
Work as part of a team (gangs) on seasonal and essential projects
Operate across multiple sites throughout the region
Work outdoors in all weather conditions

No two days are the same.

Requirements:

Experience in outdoor or manual work (highways or environmental work desirable, but not essential)
CSCS Card preferred
Driving licence essential
Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
HGV licence (flatbed driving) — highly desirable
