Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week, 10am-6pm (weekends and on-call rota included)
Salary: £25,000 per year
Start Date: January 2025

High standards and competency in general property maintenance
Proficient in:

• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Plastering
• Locks
• Electrical
• Decorating

A sharp decision-maker who can assess jobs, find practical solutions, and think outside the box!

Comfortable working independently to get the job done right
