Are you an experienced Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Office & Compliance Manager to become a key member of our growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll have real ownership of office operations, compliance, and supporting the wider business.
No two days are the same. From managing office operations and leading administrative staff to overseeing compliance, audits, company events and IT coordination, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day running of a busy office
- Supporting Directors with operational and administrative tasks
- Leading and coordinating office staff and workloads
- Ensuring company compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
- Managing company policies and procedures
- Overseeing document control and compliance records
- Coordinating ISO audits and compliance processes
- Managing Fire, First Aid and Legionella compliance
- Maintaining company asset registers, IT equipment and phone records
- Organising office supplies and ordering requirements
- Coordinating IT equipment for office and site teams
- Planning and organising company events throughout the year
- Maintaining accurate company records and documentation
- Liaising with suppliers and external auditors
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an Office Manager and/or Compliance Manager role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience managing teams within a busy office environment
- Knowledge of ISO audits and compliance procedures would be advantageous
- Confident IT skills, including managing office equipment and records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- A positive, professional and proactive approach
